4 tablespoons oil
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup cheap vodka (majorska)
1 big can of crushed tomatoes
salt to taste
1 pint heavy cream
How to make this recipe:
In a saucepan, combine all of the ingredients except the heavy cream. Cook for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, take off heat and add the heavy cream. Continue to let sit until you are ready to serve.
Meanwhile, cook penne according to the directions on the box. Notes: I sometimes make the sauce and 1 lb of pasta and freeze the remaining sauce for another time.

Sauce will serve 2 lbs of pasta
