Holiday Celebration Dinner - Turkey

You'll probably want to get an early start (like the day before) when you go all out with this hearty Christmas feast. This is the perfect make-ahead meal, in fact, if you'd like to spend time with your guests rather than slaving away in the kitchen.

The potato, green bean and creamed onion casseroles, as well as the cabbage dish can all be prepped a day ahead and then heated/cooked on the big day. You can also make the broccoli salad a day ahead, however don't add the dressing until just before you're ready to serve.
