Amazing Apple Compote

Ingredients:
3 each granny smith apples
3 cups vanilla ice cream
8 oz brown sugar
6 oz fudge topping
12 oz apple juice
24 frozen cinnamon swirl french toast sticks

Directions:
Peel and Core all the apples. Slice into 1/2" thick slices

Place apples, juice and brown sugar into a saucepan and reduce for 25 minutes. Remove apples from heat and allow them to cool, slightly.

Cook French Toast according to package directions.

Place 4 sticks on a plate. Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the center and spoon over compote mixture.

Garnish with chocolate sauce and some cinnamon sugar blend.
