Enough pork chops to feed your family
Enough potatoes to feed your family
Cream of mushroom soup
Milk
Butter
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
Spray a 9x13 pan with non-stick spray. Add just enough milk to cover bottom of pan and season with salt and pepper. Place slice potatoes in pan, then put the pork chops over the potatoes. Add cream of mushroom soup covering pork chops. Cover pan with foil.
Bake at 375F for 40 minutes. Uncover and cook for 15 more minutes.Serve with the fresh veggie of your choice.
