Best Fast Fudge

This fudge is so fast and easy, you and your guests (if you choose to share it) won't believe it! And if you use the fat-free sweetened condensed milk, it's almost "good for you."

Ingredients:
3 cups Guittard semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz) can Fat-Free Sweetened Condensed Milk
Dash of salt
1 cups chopped nuts, optional
1 3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (don't use imitation)

Directions:
In a heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat; stir in nuts if desired and vanilla. Spread evenly into wax paper lined 8- or 9-inch square pan.

Chill 2 hours or until firm (or you can’t wait any longer) and turn fudge unto cutting board, peel off paper and cut into squares.
