Creamy Garlic ShrimpIngredients:
6 slices of bacon
1/2 cup milk
1/2 lb. uncooked shrimp, peeled and diced
1 cup sliced mushrooms (fresh)
1 pkg. Lipton Pasta & Sauce - Creamy Garlic
1-1/2 cups waterDirections:
Cook bacon until crisp (reserve 2 Tbs. drippings). Add shrimp and
mushrooms to reserved dripping and cook until done. In a seperate
bowl: stir in Pasta & Sauce mix, water and milk. Bring to boil and
reduce heat. Cook until pasta is tender. Stir in bacon, shrimp and
mushrooms.
Serves 4-5
