Fruit Fondue

This recipe is a great idea for a friendly gathering. The concept of fondue is to enjoy food and friends at the same time. Go ahead and dip your fresh fruit -- use whatever is in season! It’s fun and tastes great.

Ingredients:
2 cups low-fat vanilla-flavored yogurt
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1 cup sliced bananas
1 cup apple, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 cup strawberries, cut in half if large
1 cup watermelon, cut into 1-inch chunks

Directions:
Combine yogurt with wheat germ and place in serving bowl. Place bowl in center of serving plate. Arrange fruit decoratively on plate surrounding bowl of yogurt. Eat by spearing fruit with toothpicks or wooden skewers and dipping into yogurt sauce.
