Poppyseed BreadIngredients:
2 boxes yellow cake mix
2 small pkg. instant coconut pudding
8 eggs
1/4 cup poppy seeds
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups hot waterDirections:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat all
ingredients together until blended. Butter 4
9x5x3 inch loaf pans. Pour batter into the
pans-dividing evenly. Bake at 350 degrees.
Use two loaf pans or one bundt pan. Bake
about 50 minutes or until inserted toothpick
comes out clean. Cool on racks. Sprinkle
with confectioner's sugar while still warm on
top of each loaf. When ready to serve, slice
into fairly thick 1/2 inch or so slices and overlap
on a pretty platter.
