Fresh Fruit Salad with Honey Cream Dressing

Ingredients:
4 crisp apples, sliced, unpeeled
2 cantaloupes, cut up into chunks
2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
2 cups seedless green and red grapes
2 cans (16 oz) pineapple chunks, drained

Honey-Cream Dressing:
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups lowfat cottage cheese, creamed
2 cups vanilla yogurt
4 tbsp. honey
4 tsp. lime juice

Directions:
Dressing:
Combine sour cream, cottage cheese, and yogurt. Mix will.
Blend in honey and lime juice. To assemble salad: combine
all fruit, except kiwi, in a large bowl (punch bowls work well).
Garnish the top with slices of kiwi. Serve the dressing on the
side with a small ladle so guests can add their own.
