Chocolate Pecan PieIngredients:
6 ozs. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla or vanilla extract
1 unbaked pie crustDirections:
Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl, mixing together well. Pour over into the pie crust (crust will appear to be very full). Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.Serve warm or chilled with ice cream or at room temperature.
Prep time: About 45 minutes to 1 hour, including cooking time
