Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
2 8oz pkg Neufchatel cheese
8 1/2 ounce can crushed pineapple
1/4/ cup green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp Beau Monde spice
1 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Mix all ingredients except nuts. Divide into two balls. Roll in nuts and serve.

Can be frozen for future use.

Serve with assorted crackers

Serves 10
