Baked Corn

A creamy corn casserole at home on any table with any meal. Gets rave reviews at potlucks!

Ingredients:
1 egg
1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup sour cream
1 cup creamed corn
1 cup corn
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

Directions:
Beat egg. Add melted butter,sour cream, corns and muffin mix. Mix well and pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees, 45 minutes, or until browned on top.

Serves 12
