Butternut Squash CakeMade from Butternut Squash baby food, but it's more of a cake.
Ingredients:
1-1/4 cup Oil
2 cups Sugar
2 cups Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
4 eggs
6 4oz babyfood jars of butternut squashDirections:
Combine all ingredients and mix well (by hand, not necessarily in mixer). Bake at 350, approx 30 minutes, or until top is golden and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
Prep time: 10 minutes
Serves 8
