Corn and Avocado Salsa

The smoothness of the avocados adds a creamy dimension to this salsa.

Ingredients:
2-3 ears of corn, kernels removed and steamed
3 avocados, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce (add more if you like it hotter)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Eat!

Serve with crunchy tortilla chips.

Preparation time: About 10 minutes
