Crocked Beef

Melt in your mouth beef, served over noodles makes a main dish that leaves them screaming for more! This is my family's favorite dish! Sssshh, don't tell them it's so easy!

Ingredients:
2 Pounds Stewing Beef Cubes
1 Box (2 envelopes) Dry Onion Soup
1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine
1 Pound Wide Egg Noodles - serve with finished beef.

Directions:
Place beef in crockpot. Add both envelopes of onion soup then stick of butter. Place Crockpot / slowcooker on HIGH for 4-5 Hours or LOW for 6-9 hours. You do NOT need to add more liquids or even stir this until you're ready to serve. The beef creates it's own "juice" that makes the dish a lot like a stroganoff. Serve over cooked noodles. Great with a crusty bread!

Great with a crusty bread and side salad for a complete meal!

Prep time: 12 minutes (including cooking noodles) plus crockpot cooking time

Serves 6
