Crescent Roll Cheesecake

Cheesecake bars

Ingredients:
2 8oz pkgs cream cheese
2 pkgs crescent rolls
3/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg yolk (save white)

Directions:
Blend cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg yolk (save white). Unroll one package of crescent rolls in bottom of 13x9 pan, pinching together at perforations to form bottom crust. Spread cream cheese mixture on top. Unroll second package of crescent rolls on top of cream cheese mixture; stretching as best you can to cover, but no need for it to touch the sides and be perfect. Spread egg white on top (for browning).

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool; cut into squares.
