Easy As 1-2-3 Cheesecake

Tastes like heaven

Ingredients:
2 large eggs
2 8oz packages of cream cheese
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Cracker Pie Crust
chocalate chips-optional
fruit pie filling-optional

Directions:
Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add chocolate chips. Pour mixture into graham cracker pie crust and bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until top is nicely browned.

Cool and top with favorite fruit pie filling or fresh fruit.

Prep time: 45 minutes
