Lisa's StromboliIngredients:
2 loaves thawed bread dough
1/2 lb. capicolla (hot or sweet)
1/2 lb. pepperoni
1/2 lb. american cheese
1/2 lb. swiss cheese
olive oil
paprika
garlic powder
oreganoDirections:
Cut each loaf in two and roll out flat on floured surface. Layer cheese and meat in this order- American cheese first, swiss, capicolla, and then pepperoni. (Don't layer too thick or it will be too difficult to fold.)
Next, take one end and wrap it completely over to opposite side, and then bring other side across. Pinch the end so that it stays sealed. Drizzle olive oil on top LIGHTLY and sprinkle garlic powder and oregano on top.
Bake in oven for 25 minutes (until light brown) at 350 degrees F.
Double up on this recipe -- they freeze up great for an easy meal later on.
