Hawaiian Bread for the bread machineIngredients:
1 overripe banana
Crushed pineapple
1 egg
1/4 cup of milk
1/2 tsp of salt
1/3 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of potato flakes
3 cups of bread flour
4 Tbsp margarine
1-1/2 tsp of quick yeastDirections:
Mash 1 overripe banana in a 1 cup measuring cup. Finish filling with crushed pineapple.
Add ingredients according to your machine's instructions. Bake in bread machine on light.
This is for a 1 1/2 lb loaf.
