Blueberry CrispIngredients:
1 can blueberry pie filling
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 c coconut
1 c pecans (chopped)Directions:
Spread pie filling in a 9x13 pan. Then pour the crushed pineapple (juice and all) over the pie filling.
Sprinkle cake mix over the fruit. Cut one stick of butter in small pieces over the top. Sprinkle nuts and coconut over all.
Bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
