Easy Chili Dip

An easy dip for parties or just for a quick lunch with the family.

Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese (Low fat or reg.)
1 can Hormel Chili with No Beans
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Place cream cheese in a pie plate and microwave on defrost for 1 1/2 min. Spread cream cheese evenly in bottom of plate. Pour can of chili with no beans on top of cream cheese and sprinkle grated cheddar on top.

Microwave on high power until cheese is melted and is bubbly (about 4 minutes). Serve with tortilla chips.


Prep time: 5 minutes

Serves 10-12 as appetizer; 6 for lunch

Can be made lower in fat by using low fat/no fat cream cheese.
