Corn CasseroleIngredients:
2 cans green giant mexicorn
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup of cheddar cheese
1 lg package of yellow rice with saffron seasoning or 2 sm packages
1 stick of margarineDirections:
Cook rice according to directions on package. After rice is done add stick of margarine and mix well. Combine rice mixture with cream of celery soup, cans of mexicorn and 3/4 cup of cheese, place in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Place remaining cheese on top of casserole and allow to melt.This dish is very good with ham or turkey. My family loves it.
