Hamburger and Gravy

Quick and easy, this dish is loved by everyone in my family.

Ingredients:
A little less than 1 pound of hamburger
1 can of either cream of chicken or can of cream of mushroom soup
1-1/2 cups of Minute Rice
1-1/2 cups of milk
3/4 cup of water
Salt and pepper to taste
Chow mein noodles (for the top)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Brown meat in skillet and drain the fat. Put the meat into a 9x9 pan. Pour soup over meat.

Fill a can with Minute Rice (or about 1-1/2 cups), and pour into pan. Pour a can of milk into pan and stir well. Pour 3/4 cup water into pan and stir again. Add seasonings and put into the oven, covered, for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, take it out and uncover, and place chow mein noodles on the top. Put it back into the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional for 15 minutes.

Before serving, let it cool down. serve with vegetables.
