No-Cook Peanut Butter FudgeIngredients:
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup light Karo syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract or maple syrup
3-1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup chopped peanutsDirections:
In a large bowl, beat together the first 6 ingredients. Knead mixture on a wooden cutting board until smooth. Work peanuts into fudge.
Pat candy into 8" square pan. Chill.
