One Dish Pork Chop Bake

Sirloin chops and vegetables

Ingredients:
Large sirloin pork chops
1 small bag frozen mixed veggies
Potatoes
1 can crm of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of onion soup

Directions:
Mix soups together in bowl, spread in 9x13 pan just to coat bottom.

Lay 4 large sirloin chops in pan, spread rest of soups over chops.

Peel about 4 or 5 potatoes and slice into halves or quarters, and wedge what potatoes you can in between chops and the rest on top.

Sprinkle Lowry's salt and black pepper all-over, then half pkg of mixed vegetables. Place cover on top of pan and bake at 400 for 1 to 1-1/2 hours, turning potatoes and chops halfway through baking.

Use soup and vegtables for gravy.


Note: soups and meat can be prepared the night before and refrigerated, so when you get home from work all you need to worry about are peeling the potatoes.
