Tuna PateThis is simple and popular at parties.
Ingredients:
1 large can tuna (or 2 small), drained
1 medium grated onion
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
parsley flakesDirections:
Mix tuna, onion, and cream cheese with mixer until small and even consistency.
Mold into ball on plate and garnish with parsley. Chill before serving.Serve with a variety of crackers.
