White BreadIngredients:
2 1/4 tsp yeast
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups warm water
2 tbsp oil
7 cups flourDirections:
Mix yeast, salt, sugar and water. Add oil and 3 cups flour and mix. Gradually add the rest of the flour.
Put on floured surface and knead until smooth. Place in an oiled bowl to rise.
Once it has doubled in size, punch down and separate to form two loaves and place in pans to rise again. After it is done rising, bake at 350 for 30 minutes
Prep time varies, but is usually about 3 hours for me.
