Crockpot Scalloped PotatoesThis creamy potato dish is sure to warm you heart and soul.
Ingredients:
6 large potatoes, sliced
1 small onion, diced
8 strips of bacon, uncooked
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soupDirections:
Place half of the sliced potatoes in the bottem of the crockpot. Top with half of the onions, cheese and bacon (dice bacon before layering). Repeat layers in order. Top with cream of chicken soup.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Note: You may substitute ham for bacon and cream of mushroom for cream of chicken soup.

Serves 6-8
