Taco DipVery easy to make!
Ingredients:
2 250 gram packages cream cheese (regular or low fat)
1 500ml container sour cream (reg. or low fat)
1/2-1 pkg *1/2 the salt taco seasoning (powder)
1 jar salsa
shredded cheddar cheese
shredded lettuceDirections:
Heat the cream cheese in micowave until soft. Then whisk in the container of sour cream until smooth, then add the taco seasoning to taste. Mix well.
In a 9x13 glass pan, layer this mixture first then salsa then cheese then lettuce and cheese on top. Add a jalepeno on top for a nice touch.
Chill and serve with bite size nachos. Enjoy!Serve with nachos
Note: Chopped tomatoes or sliced black olives can also be added on top.
