Pumpkin CakeA very nice, moist cake.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour (plain)
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup applesauce
2 t. baking soda
2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
2 cups pumpkinDirections:
Mix eggs and sugar. Add oil, applesauce, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well. Stir in pumpkin.
Pour into a tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. After cooled, frost if desired.
