Round Steak Surprise

A round steak with a vegetable cheese topping.

Ingredients:
Marinade
Round steak
Red & green bell peppers
Onions
1 lb shredded cheese (or more, to your liking)

Directions:
Marinate your round steak overnight. Preheat oven to 350, dice peppers and onions, layer on round steak, add cheese to the top. Cook for about 45-60 minutes, or until done. (Cooking time will depending on size of steak).

Prep time: 5 minutes for veggies, 45-60 minutes to cook

Serves 3-4
