Smoked Salmon & Horseradish Dip

Ingredients:
1/2 pound smoked salmon
3/4 C mayonnaise
1/2 C sour cream
3 t chopped fresh dill
2 T prepared horseradish
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
In a food processor, pulse salmon until finely chopped. Stir in remaining ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste.

I really like this served with dark rye bread or toasts.


Makes About 2 Cups
