Holiday Pork Stuffing

This stuffing is so good! It may cost a little more, but you'll find that it is worth it.

Ingredients:
2 lbs. pork tenderloin (Have the meat department ground this for you)
8 slices white bread (pulled apart)
1 lg. onion (chopped)
1 tbl. allspice
1 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper (or to taste)

Directions:
In a skillet, brown pork and onion together on medium heat; drain. Add bread cubes and spice and mix thoroughly.

Now you have a really great stuffing to add to that delicious Thanksgiving Turkey that your family will cherish for many years to come!


For larger crowds, just double (or triple) the ingredients.

Prep time: 30 minutes

Serves 4-5
