Garlic Cheese DipIngredients:
1 (8 ounce) block cream cheese
1 small jar Kraft Old English Cheese
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
2 garlic clovesDirections:
Soften the cream cheese. Peel the garlic cloves and add them to a small pan of boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Remove and mash well.
Combine the cheeses, the oregano and the mashed garlic until smooth. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight to blend flavors.Serve with crackers, mini pretzels or as a bagel spread.
