Sausage Cheese Balls

Popular at parties

Ingredients:
1 pound hot sausage
4 cups (1 pound) grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 cups Bisquick

Directions:
Combine ingredients and roll into walnut sized balls.

Bake on a cookie sheet at 400F for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot.

Sausage balls may be frozen before or after baking

Serves 5 dozen
