Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip

Just like restaurants serve.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup paremesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup romano cheese, grated
1 large garlic clove
10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed, firmly squeeze to dry
6 1/4 oz artichoke hearts, drained and patted dry
8 oz garlic-chive cream cheese, softened
2 large eggs
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Tortilla chips
Sour cream
Salsa

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Put romano and parmesan cheese in food processor. Turn motor on and add garlic. Turn off machine. Add spinach, artichokes, cream cheese and eggs. Process until thoroughly blended; turn into medium size bowl. Fold in mozzarella cheese.

Transfer to 2-3 cup baking dish; bake until heated through, 20-25 minutes.

Serve hot with tortilla chips, sour cream and salsa.
