Tuna BurgersIngredients:
1 can (6-1/2 oz) flaked tuna, drained and flaked
1 large egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup finely chopped celery 1/3 cup
1/3 cup finely chopped onion OR 1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp. hard margarine
4 hamburger bunsDirections:
Beat egg with a fork. Mix in tuna, bread crumbs, celery, onion and salt. Let stand 5 minutes. Shape into 4 patties.
Melt margarine in frying pan. Add patties. Brown both sides. Put a patty on the bottom of a bun. Spread with tartar sauce, if desired. Cover with top half of bun.
Makes 4 burgers
