Steamed Salmon with Parsley Sauce

Ingredients:
4 slices of salmon
1/2 c. white wine
4 slices lemon
salt/pepper/butter
1/3 cup parsley, finely chopped

For sauce:
3 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. white wine
1/2 tsp salt
1 consomme cube

Directions:
Place the salmon on a pice of buttered foil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and 2 Tbsp of the white wine. Wrap the foil around the fish and bake at 350 F for 15 minutes.

For sauce, melt butter and add flour. Take it off heat and mix well with wooden spatula. Add milk little by little over a week flame and whisk thoroughly. Dissolve consomme cube in hot water and add to taste, along with wine, salt and pepper and parsley.

Garnish with potatoes, young cobs of corn, beans
