Peach Raspberry SmoothieThis delicious smoothie makes a quick breakfast or a nutritious snack. Use frozen fruit for an even thicker drink. As with all smoothies, you can whirl in a few ice cubes to make your drink frostier and thicker as well.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup frozen peaches
1 cup milk
1 cup frozen vanilla yogurt
1 frozen banana (optional), peel banana before freezingDirections:
Whirl all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
Serves 3-4
