Dairy-Free Banana Strawberry SmoothieThis smoothie is ultra low in calories, full of healthy fiber and fat Ðfree. It's also delicious. The secret is to use well-chilled juice and frozen fruit, so you end up with a thick, slushy shake.
Ingredients:
1 sliced ripe banana, frozen
1 1/2 C frozen, unsweetened strawberries
1 C unsweetened apple juiceDirections:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
Makes 3-1/2 cups
