Chocolate Peanut Butter SmoothieFreeze the fruit first to make a thicker, more flavorful smoothie.
Ingredients:
1 banana (peel before freezing)
3 T peanut butter (chunky or smooth)
2 T chocolate syrup
3/4 C milk or soy milkDirections:
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
