Tuna salad sandwiches

This simple recipe is easy and quick to make. Add your favorite extras to make it your own!

Ingredients:
1 can (6 ounces) tuna (packed in water), drained
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon pickle relish (optional)
1 teaspoon finely chopped onion (yellow, red or green onion - optional)
Dash garlic powder

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl, using a fork to make sure the tuna is broken up into small pieces.

Spread evenly on your favorite bread (or toast).


Other add-ins include grated carrot, raisins, finely chopped apple, fresh cilantro, chopped tomato, chopped cucumber or hard boiled egg.
