Stuffed Green Pepper Casserole

Stuffed green peppers take a long time to prepare. Try this easy, simple recipe, with the same great taste.

Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 green peppers, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 clove garlic, chopped
4 cups cooked instant rice
2 cans tomatoe soup
velveeta cheese slices

Directions:
Brown ground beef, onion, garlic and green pepper; drain.

In large bowl, combine ground beef mixture, cooked rice, and tomato soup. Mix well.

Put in a large baking dish; top with velveeta cheese slices.
Cover and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

Serve with warm rolls or biscuits.

Prep time: 15-20 minutes

Serves 4-6 people
