Burnt GrapesExtremely yummy! The name is a conversation piece over potlucks and get togethers. A huge hit that's so easy to make.
Ingredients:
4-5 cups seedless grapes (can substitute berries or peaches)
2 cups fat-free sour cream
1/2 Cup White Sugar
2 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 Cup Margarine
1/2 Cup Brown SugarDirections:
1. Wash and air dry grapes, put in 9x13 glass pan.
2. Mix together sour cream, white sugar and vanilla until smooth.
3. Mix the cream together with the grapes until fruit is coated. Set aside.

Grapes and other fruit are healthy. If you use no fat sour cream it's healthier.
