Yum! Yum! French toastfrench toast with yogurt
Ingredients:
2 or 3 slices of wheat bread (stale is best)
1/3 cup of soy milk, or rice milk
1/4 tsp. of vanilla
pinch of salt
1 egg
tsp. butter (room temp.)
1/3 (3 oz.) cup yoplait light
yogurt (fruity)
(Save the rest of the yogurt for the topping.)Directions:
Whisk all ingredients together until smooth or blend it.
Dip bread in the mix (30 seconds a side.) Place on the hot skillet, and flip the toast when it has browned (1 minute). Repeat for the other side. Top it with some yogurt. Repeat with the other slices.
Garnish with fruit used in yogurt.
Looks more like a dessert than a heathy breakfast!
