Avocado pear and squash delightGood nutritious food for 4 months and upwards. Very tasty and sweet -- my baby loves it.
Ingredients:
1/2 avocado
1 pear
1/2 butternut squash
1/2 papayaDirections:
Cut outer skin of butternut squash and remove seeds in the middle, then chop up into small squares. Cover with boiled water in pan cook for 8 mins. Peel and core pear then chop up and add to pan simmer for 10 mins or untill tender. Peel outer skin off avocado, remove pit in the middle. Chop and put in blender. Cut outer skin off papaya remove seeds in middle and chop then add to blender with avocado. add pear and squash reserving cooking liquid puree and add liquid to desired consistency. If you don't have much time, papaya and avocado can be mashed up and served straight away.

Papaya is easy to swallow, rich in vitamin c and beta carotene, which is good for healthy skin and vision and infection/illness fighting provides childs daily requirement of vitamin c . pear contains vitamin A which is also good for vision and avocado which is one of the healthiest foods you can give to 4 month old babies.
