Pear Parfait

Ingredients:
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbl oatmeal, uncooked
2-1/2 tsp oil, safflower
8 Tbls protein powder, vanilla
10 Tbls yogurt, lowfat-plain
1/2 cup pear halves, lite canned

Directions:
Preparation:
Cut pears into bite-sized pieces.
Combine with remaining ingredients. Mix well and serve.
