Baked Apple

Increase the amount of vegetables and fruits you eat with this dish. Serve alongside any regular breakfast meal.

Ingredients:
1 apple
1-1/2 Tablespoons raisins
1-1/2 Tablespoons brown sugar
Dash of cinnamon

Directions:
1. Remove the core from an apple.
2. Stand it on a sandwich plate.
3. Fill the core first with raisins and then the remainder with brown sugar.
4. Sprinkle cinnamon over top.
5. Bake in the microwave on high power for 3 minutes.
6. Let sit for 5 minutes before eating. It's hot.

Serve with breakfast, or as a desert.

Prep time: 5 minutes

Makes one serving.
