Ginger-Lime ButterA wonderful flavored butter that goes great with seafood, fowl, etc! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1/4 lb. butter, softened
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1/3 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 tsp saltDirections:
Combine all ingredients in the workbowl of a food processor and pulse til smooth. If not using within 45 mins, refrigerate.
Serve 1 tsp of flavored butter on top of each portion of seafood or fowl.
Prep Time: 10 mins
Serves as many as needed!
