Swiss Steak

Quick and easy and absolutely delicious. This is my family's favorite meal served with mashed potatoes.

Ingredients:
Round Steak (or sirloin)
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
1 medium onion, diced
1 stalk celery, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder (1-2 shakes)

Directions:
Add all ingreadient to crock pot. Cover on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for approximately 4 hours. The gravy may be thickened before serving.

Serve with mashed potatoes (you already have your gravy)

Prep time: 10 minutes

Serves 4 to 6 depending on amount of meat
